Milo Tacheny

I’m Milo Tacheny. I’m a product designer, researcher, and operations leader passionate about creating gear that meets people where they are. I’m currently completing a Master of Science in Product Design with a Graduate Minor in Human Factors and Ergonomics at the University of Minnesota and my work centers on thoughtful design that balances functionality, inclusivity, and innovation.

As a non-binary outdoor gear enthusiast, I focus on challenging outdated norms by designing products that embrace diverse user needs. My most recent projects have explored gender-inclusive design, blending research-driven ergonomics with modern aesthetics to create tools that feel just as good as they look.

With over a decade of experience spanning business operations, retail, and healthcare, I bring a unique perspective to the design process while bridging strategy and creativity. Outside the studio, you’ll find me producing media content that highlights the intersection of great design and outdoor exploration, helping people feel seen, equipped, and inspired for their next adventure.
